This is the starting point for your Rotary Youth Exchange year. Complete the form and post it to District 9750 or to your local Rotary Club prior to the 1st March each year. A club interview will be arranged after the form has been received.

Long Term Exchange Application Form

This is the Rotary International Long Term Youth Exchange Application Form.

It is a pdf format that can be filled out electronically, then printed for signatures and forwarding to your country's Youth Exchange District Co-ordinator.

This form is only to be completed after you have attended a Club Interview and have registered for the District Selection weekend.
